Processing of Personal Data – Contractual Obligations
Regarding your purchase from SKNS, you have provided a range of personal information, including in particular:

We process these personal data in connection with the fulfillment of your purchase, as it is necessary for us to fulfill our part of the transaction, and for a subsequent period of 5 years, to make it easier for you to make future purchases with us. If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to complete a purchase of a product, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase products from us via our website.

If you have requested delivery, information about your order, as well as your name, address, phone number, and email address, will be provided to our shipping module (currently Shipmondo) and our shipping provider (currently GLS) for the purpose of delivering your purchases. Data processing agreements have been made to ensure the quality of this data sharing, the storage of your data, and the purposes for which it is shared and used.

Processing of Personal Data – Consent
If you have provided us with your consent during the registration process or on our website, we will use your telephone number and email address to send our newsletter. We will only send newsletters from our own channel, and your email will not be sold or shared with third-party newsletters.

When you subscribe to the newsletter, you are giving your consent to receive emails from SKNS. You are also agreeing that we may use your email address for targeted marketing. SKNS sends newsletters a maximum of 5 times per month. Once you have subscribed, you will receive a welcome email and be enrolled in a 3-email onboarding flow. In addition, we regularly send out newsletters, typically on a weekly basis. You will never receive more than 5 newsletters per month.

Accounting and Finance: Deloitte, authorized accountants, handle the accounting, which is managed through the financial system e-conomic, necessitating the sharing of necessary information in accordance with our data processing agreement.

Quickpay: SKNS uses Quickpay to handle our payments. Therefore, your information is shared securely and encrypted with Quickpay.

Google Analytics: SKNS uses third-party programs to track user data and shares them with Google Analytics. SKNS uses Google Analytics, among other things, to track user behavior on the website and for advertising purposes.

Facebook: SKNS uses third-party programs to track user data and shares them with SKNS. SKNS uses Facebook Pixel, among other things, to track user behavior on the website and for advertising purposes.

Craft: SKNS uses third-party programs to track user data and shares them with Craft. SKNS uses Craft for targeted marketing, inventory management, product management, order processing, and the general operation of the website/webshop and its functions. When you create a user account, you have the option to: View your previous orders and save your billing information.

Klaviyo: SKNS uses third-party programs to track user data and shares them with SKNS. SKNS uses Klaviyo to handle, optimize, and track the results of our newsletters.

Punktum.dk Hosting: SKNS uses punktum.dk to host, present, improve, and maintain our site. Information is shared with punktum.dk so that we can manage the administration of our website, track efficiency, and collect data for optimization and targeted marketing.

Data Processors: SKNS has entered into data processing agreements with the above-mentioned data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable rules for protecting your personal information.

Your Rights – Information, Objection, Modification, Data Portability, and Deletion
You can always contact us to inquire the personal information we have on file for you. This can be done by reaching out to skns@skns.dk.

If there are errors in our information, you can request to have them corrected so that we have the accurate details.
