Returns
When an order is placed on a working day, it will normally be delivered within 1-2 working days. We process orders on a continuous basis and seek to achieve fast and smooth deliveries. We use GLS for the distribution of our goods.
Fee shipping on all orders over EUR 68. The shipping cost for orders at or under EUR 68 can vary, depending on the weight and size of the package and whether it is home delivery or delivery to a parcel box/pickup point.
You can pay with the following: Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Consumers have a 14-day period in which they can cancel an order given to us.
The right to cancel period expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods. If you have ordered several different goods in a single order but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last of the goods.
This period means that you have 14 days from receiving the goods to tell us that you want to cancel your order. Please contact us at skns@skns.dk.
NB: shipping costs will not be refunded if you cancel a part of your order.
As soon as we receive your order, you will receive a track and trace number you can use to track your package from our warehouse until delivered.
If you want to exchange a product, please place a new order for the product(s) you want. You should then contact skns@skns.dk to agree on returning your original order.
To return one or more products, please mail us at skns@skns.dk with the order number as reference. Please also refer to our Terms and Conditions for Returns here.
At SKNS, we strive to meet and exceed your expectations, which we also call 'Your Skin. Our Promise.' We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our skincare products* purchased on our website. You can safely try our products, and if you're not satisfied, you can get a refund for your purchase.
On average, the skin takes 30 to 60 days to adjust to new skincare products. It's important to be patient as all skin types are different. Therefore, we recommend that you include SKNS as a consistent part of your skincare routine for at least 30 days. After this period, you have an additional 15 days, up to 45 days from receiving the product, to contact our customer service if your SKNS products do not meet your expectations, contrary to what you anticipated. Please contact customer service at skns@skns.dk, providing your order number, photo documentation and explaining your experience with the product.
