No. None of our products are tested on animals of course. SKNS complies with EU guidelines banning the testing of cosmetic products on animals.
Yes. Most of our products are vegan and none have been tested on animals. SKNS complies with EU guidelines banning the testing of cosmetic products on animals. We carefully choose our ingredients to ensure their efficacy and that they are ethically responsible. Using SKNS products means you can care for your skin with love and respect for nature and yourself.

At SKNS, we strive to meet and exceed your expectations, which we also call 'Your Skin. Our Promise.' We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our skincare products* purchased on our website. You can safely try our products, and if you're not satisfied, you can get a refund for your purchase.
On average, the skin takes 30 to 60 days to adjust to new skincare products. It's important to be patient as all skin types are different. Therefore, we recommend that you include SKNS as a consistent part of your skincare routine for at least 30 days. After this period, you have an additional 15 days, up to 45 days from receiving the product, to contact our customer service if your SKNS products do not meet your expectations, contrary to what you anticipated. Please contact customer service at skns@skns.dk, providing your order number, photo documentation and explaining your experience with the product.

We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Afterwards, the money is expected to be in your account within 1-5 banking days.
